10th Annual General Meeting of Sopan Multiple Company to be held; to endorse financial highlights for the FY 2074/75

Sopan Multiple Company Limited (SMCL) is going to conduct its 10th Annual General Meeting on Chaitra 27, 2075. The AGM will be conducted at Anupam Foodland Banquet, Gaushala, Battisputali, Kathmandu at 2:00 PM.
Main Agenda of the meeting are:
- To discuss on the audited financial statements of the FY 2074/75.
- To endorse financial highlights of 2074/75 FY. And to appoint auditor for 2075/76 FY.
- To declare cash dividend out of Company’s profit.
- To amend on the meeting allowance of the company’s director.
