10th AGM of Shikhar Insurance; endorsing 20% stock dividend.

Shikhar Insurance Company Limited is holding its 10th Annual General Meeting on 22nd Falgun (today). The AGM is set to endorse 20 percent bonus shares to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year 2070/71.
The AGM will be held at the company office, Thapathali at 4 pm. The other agendas of the meeting are financial highlight 2070/71, appointment of auditor and increment of capital.
Shikhar Insurance has posted net profit of Rs.73.98 million in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
