10th, 11th AGM of Karnali Development on Chait 28; 25% bonus shares on offer

Karnali Development Bank Limited will be holding its 10th and 11th AGM on 28th Chaitra (tomorrow) at Swastik Cottege, Surkhet Road, Nepalgunj at 11 am.
The AGM will be endorsing 25% Bonus Share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year 2070/71 and 2069/70. The other agenda of the AGM includes financial highlight, appointment of auditor and increment of capital.
Karnali Development Bank Limited has posted a net profit of Rs.5.06 million in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
