10.75% SBL Debenture 2089 Now Listed in NEPSE

40,00,000 units 10.75% SBL Debenture 2089 (SBLD89) have been listed in NEPSE.

Siddhartha Bank Limited had issued 40,00,000 units worth of "10.75% S.B.L. Debenture 2089" from 10th Ashad, 2079.

From the total issue of 40 lakh debenture units with Rs. 1,000 par value each, 16 lakh units were issued to the general public while 24 lakh units was subscribed via private placement. The public issue includes the 5% quota for mutual funds.

As the name suggests, the 10.75% S.B.L. Debenture 2089 has a maturity period of 10 years and will mature in the year 2089 BS. The debenture will yield a 10.75% annual return to unitholders.
