10,56,274.844 unit bonus shares of Prabhu Insurance Limited (PRIN) are now deposited to Demat accounts.
Prabhu Insurance convened its 25th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Jestha 6, 2078. The AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 10% bonus shares and 0.53% cash dividends to its shareholders.
The same bonus shares are now deposited to Demat accounts. Note that the shares are already listed in NEPSE. After the adjustment of bonus shares, the company's paid-up capital is now Rs 1.16 Arba. As of writing, the ordinary shares of PRIN have an LTP of Rs. 999.
Furthermore, investors who have taken margin loans against the shares of PRIN before the book closure date are required to present a No Objection Letter in order to receive the dividend.
