"10.50% BOK Debenture 2086" Opening from Today

Bank of Kathmandu Limited has published an offer letter to issue a debenture titled "10.50% BOK Debenture 2086." The issue opened from today i.e 2nd Bhadra and will conclude on 7th Bhadra, 2079. If not subscribed by then, the deadline can be extended till Bhadra 16.

11,00,000 units will be issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 6.60 lakh units of the total issue will be subscribed via private placement while the remaining 4.40 lakh units worth Rs. 44 crores is open for the public issue, 5% of which is also allocated for mutual funds.

NIBL Ace Capital has been appointed the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 1,00,000 units.

As the name suggests, "10.50% BOK Debenture 2086" has a maturity period of 7 years and will yield an annual return of 10.50% during the period.
