100% Right Shares of Terhathum Power Company Listed in NEPSE

40,00,000 unit right shares of Terhathum Power Company Limited (TPC) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company issued a 1:1 ratio right share i.e. 40,00,000 units to its shareholders from 16th Ashadh, 2082 to 11th Shrawan, 2082. Out of which only 35,81,262 units were allotted to the eligible shareholders of the company. The remaining 4,18,738 units of unsubscribed right shares were later sold through an auction from the 27th Shrawan, to the 3rd Bhadra, 2082.
The same 40,00,000 units of right shares are now listed in NEPSE.
Nabil Investment Banking Limited was the company's auction manager.
As of writing, TPC has an LTP of Rs. 337.00 .
