100% Right Shares of Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited Approved By SEBON

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the rights offering proposal of Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited (SSHL).
The company will be issuing 100% right shares worth Rs. 1.47 Arba through the issue of 14,764,000 (1: 1) units of right shares to its existing shareholders.
The current paid-up capital is Rs. 1.47 Arbas. After the adjustment of the proposed right share, i.e., 14,764,000 units, the company's paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 2.95 Arba.
Citizens Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
As of writing, SSHL closed at Rs. 263.69.
