100% Right Shares of Narayani Development Bank Limited Listed in NEPSE

19,08,988 unit right shares of Narayani Development Bank Limited (NABBC) has been listed in NEPSE.
Initially opened on 2nd Ashwin, the issue was closed on 9th Kartik, 2082.
The company issued 100% right shares worth Rs. 26.24 Crores through the issue of 2,624,676 (1: 1) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The current paid-up capital is Rs. 26.24 Crores. After adjusting the proposed right share, i.e., 2,624,676 units, the company's paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 52.49 Crores.
According to the CDSC, 1,437 applicants applied for 5,04,614 units of right shares, equivalent to Rs. 50.46 crores.
Global IME Capital Limited was appointed as the issue manager and it's today's trading price is Rs. 888.00.
