100% Right Shares of Dordi Khola Jal Bidyut Listed in NEPSE

1,05,42,605 unit right shares of Dordi Khola Jal Bidyut Company Limited (DORDI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company issued a 1:1 ratio right share i.e. 1,05,42,605 units to its shareholders from 19th Chaitra, 2081 to 14th Baishakh, 2082. Out of which only 85,95,928 units were allotted to the eligible shareholders of the company. The 12,85,041 units of promoter shares and 6,61,635 units of ordinary right shares were later sold through an auction from the 11th Jestha, to the 20th Jestha, 2082.
The same 1,05,42,605 units of right shares are now listed in NEPSE.
Sanima Capital Limited was the company's auction manager.
As of writing, DORDI has an LTP of Rs. 281.65 .
