10% NIMB Debenture 2090 (NIMBD90) Listed on NEPSE

An agreement between Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) was penned for a listing of "10% NIMB Debenture 2090 (NIMBD90)" today.
Following the agreement, 40,40,000 units have been listed at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. The issue had opened on 1st Falgun and closed on 4th Falgun, 2080.
Prabhu Capital Limited was the issue manager.
As the name suggests, the "10% NIMB Debenture 2090" is a debenture with a maturity period of 10 years and a coupon rate of 10%.
