10% Bonus Shares of Sanima Mai Hydropower Listed In NEPSE

30,89,251 unit bonus shares of Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 12th AGM on Kartik 23, 2080, and endorsed a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 30.89 Crores and a 0.5263% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs. 1.62 Crores were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 3.08 Arba.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
SHPC closed at Rs. 359.50.
