10% Bonus Shares of NLG Insurance Company (NLG) Listed in NEPSE

10,96,375.50 units bonus shares of NLG Insurance Company Limited (NLG) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 15th AGM of the company held on 21st Shrawan, 2078, endorsed the proposed 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77: 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend (amount for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 10,96,37,550 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 57,70,397.

The same bonus shares are now listed.

Shrawan 14 was the book closure date. Investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout. After dividend adjustment, the issued and paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1,20,60,13,050.

As of writing, NLG has an LTP of Rs. 945.
