The company convened it's 5th AGM on 14th Poush, 2082, and endorsed a 10.5263% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 6.65% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend (including tax). The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
