1% Bonus Shares of Global IME Bank Listed in NEPSE

35,77,105.96 unit bonus shares of Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 17th AGM on 28th Mangsir, 2080, and endorsed a 9% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 429th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 19 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 35.77 Arba. 1% bonus shares and 8% cash dividend (including tax) were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
GBIME closed at Rs. 174 yesterday.
