United Insurance to convene AGM on Kartik 26, 2076;Book closure on Kartik 08

United Insurance Company (UIC) has announced its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be convened on Kartik 26, 2076 (November 12, 2019) at Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu from 10 AM onwards.
The 339th Board Meeting of the Company has decided on following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:
- Approval of Annual Report to be presented by the Board along with financial statement for the FY 2074/75.
- Appointment of auditor and fixation of remuneration for the same.
- Revision of Meeting allowance for Board members.
The book closure date has been announced on Kartik 08, 2076 for the purpose of AGM.
Recently, the company has issued 240% right share upon which the paid up capital of the company will reach Rs 102.81 crore.
