Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to grab dividend of Mega Bank; book closure on Kartik 15

Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to grab 11.75% dividend of Mega Bank Nepal Limited (MEGA). The bank has announced its 9th AGM to be held on Kartik 29, 2076 (November 15, 20190 at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu from 11:30 onwards.

The book closure date has been announced on Kartik 15, 2076 for the purpose of AGM. Therefore, shareholders maintained on the book of MEGA on Kartik 14, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim dividend.

The major agendas for the AGM:

• Approval of 11.75% cash dividend as proposed by the Board.
• Approval of Annual Report to be presented by Board along with the financial statements for the year 2075/76.
• Appointment of auditor and fixation of remuneration for the same.
• Merger and acquisition with other BFI's
