Team Ventures Ltd. has launched a new company, Summit Fund Ltd., aimed at promoting renewable energy and green infrastructure across Nepal. The fund will invest across the renewable energy ecosystem, positioning itself as a key player in the country’s transition to sustainable energy. Managed by Team Ventures’ experienced investment professionals, Summit Fund leverages deep expertise in both energy projects and the broader Nepali investment landscape.

Summit Fund is designed as a focused investment platform targeting operational renewable energy plants and related infrastructure. It incorporates innovative risk and portfolio management strategies to ensure sustainable growth and returns for its investors. The fund has already raised NPR 14 crore in its initial funding round from high-net-worth individuals associated with major business groups.

The company is now seeking additional capital from institutional and strategic partners to expand its operations.
