Stagnant interest income and higher provision decreases the Profit of Nerude Laghubitta by a huge margin of 44.14%

Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NLBBL) has posted a Net Profit of Rs. 7.08 crores and published its fourth-quarter report company analysis of FY 2076/2077. The profit of the company has decreased by a huge margin of (44.14%) compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
As per the report, the company has a higher provision leading to a decrease in operating profit by 43.57%.

Its paid-up capital stood at Rs. 45.72 crores with net worth per share of Rs. 198.52. The company’s Reserve and surplus decreased by 4.94% and stands at Rs. 45.05 crores.
The EPS of the company stands at Rs. 15.50 and Non-performing loan (NPL) increased to 3.97% in Q4, 2076/2077. Likewise, the company’s Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) stands at 11.91%. The company traded at a P/E multiple of 49.11 times.
