The six shareholders collectively hold 857,539 shares in Emerging Nepal. United Distributors Nepal Ltd. holds the largest number among the listed shareholders, with 262,500 shares, while Bishal Agrawal holds 167,235 shares. The complete details provided in the notice are as follows:
