14,50,000 unit bonus shares of Singati Hydro Energy Limited (SHEL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 16th AGM on Poush 21, 2082, and endorsed a 5% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 5% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs. 14.50 lakhs. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, SHEL has an LTP of Rs. 354.10 .
