Siddhartha Capital Holds 14th AGM, Declares 30% Cash Dividend

Siddhartha Capital Limited conducted its 14th Annual General Meeting on 9th Ashwin 2082 at its registered office in Narayanchaur, Naxal, Kathmandu. The AGM approved the Board’s annual report, audited financial statements for FY 2081/82, including balance sheet, profit & loss account, and cash flow statement.

Shareholders were approved to receive a 30% cash dividend (NPR 6 crore including tax) from the net profit of FY 2081/82, based on the paid-up capital of NPR 20 crore. The AGM also appointed the auditor for FY 2082/83 and determined their remuneration.
