Shares Listed: 24% Bonus shares of Swabhimaan Laghubuitta

The third AGM of Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFBS) held on Magh 10, 2076 had endorsed the dividend for the fiscal year 2075/76.
The company had proposed a 24% bonus shares to its shareholders amounting to Rs 1.48 crore and 1.27% cash dividend for tax purposes from the net profit it made in the FY 2075/76.
NEPSE has published a notice about the listing of the 24% bonus shares today. The 1,48,466.40 unit bonus shares will likely be traded soon in the subsequent sessions.
