Shangri-la development donates Rs 4.90 lakh for earthquake victims

Shangri-la Development Bank Limited has announced financial aid of Rs 4 lakh 90 thousand 5 hundred 36 rupees to help the victims of April 25 earthquake. The amount is deposited in Prime Ministers’ Disaster Relief Fund.
The cheque was handed over to Prime Minister Sushil Koirala by the CEO, Rajendra Prasad Poudel and Deputy CEO, Dinesh Thakali of the bank.
According to a press release published on Friday, Shangri-la development bank’s Board of Directors took the decision to release this fund to help those victims who lost their home by the earthquake.
Few days back also Shangrila Development Bank and Avenues Television had jointly established a relief fund for earthquake survivors.
Earlier, the CEO of Shangrila Development, Rajendra Prashad Poudel, Chairman Surendra Bahadur Bharaju and the representative from Avenues Television Nirjal Shrestha handed over Rs 21.85 lakh to Prime Minister Sushil Koirala.
