SEBON Approves Citizens Capital’s Mutual Fund Scheme "Citizens Sadabahar Yojana" To Issue 5 Crore Units

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the "Citizens Sadabahar Yojana" worth Rs 5 crores on Ashadh 02, 2082.
This is an open-ended mutual fund scheme that will be floating 5 crore unit shares each at a par value of Rs 10 per share. The sponsor of the fund is Citizens Bank International Limited, while the fund manager is Citizens Capital Limited.
