Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited (SAPIL) proposes an 10% dividend for FY 2082/83.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 28, 2083 proposed an 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. 10% bonus share worth Rs. 3.40 crore along with Rs. 17,89,474 in cash dividend for tax purposes have been proposed. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 34 crore.
The dividend will be distributed only after endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
