Sanima Capital Distributing Cash Dividend of Its Funds; Here's What Eligible Unitholders Should Do

Sanima Capital Limited is distributing 33% cash dividend of “Sanima Equity Fund” and 4% cash dividend of "Sanima Large Cap Fund" directly to bank accounts of its unitholders from 17th Ashwin.
Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF) proposed a 33% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 15 decided to distribute the cash dividend worth Rs. 42.90 crores. Similarly, Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF) also proposed a 4% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute the cash dividend worth Rs. 4.80 crores.
Ashoj 01 was the book closure date. Thus, unitholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
For those who have not authenticated their bank account in their Demat accounts and for those who have not dematerialized their shares, the cash dividend will be distributed only after they complete the necessary procedure. Furthermore, investors who have taken margin loans against the units of the funds are required to present a No Objection Letter or a Release Letter, depending on when they took the loan.
