Samsung Innovation Campus Empowers Nepal's Youth with Advanced Digital Skills
Samsung continues to empower Nepal's youth through its global CSR initiative, Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC). At a recent ceremony at Tribhuvan University’s Pulchowk Campus, 30 students received certificates for completing a five-month Artificial Intelligence (AI) course, while 60 new students were enrolled in the Coding and Programming course.
Since its launch in 2022, SIC has been pivotal in equipping young individuals with future-ready skills in AI, IoT, Big Data, and coding, aligned with Samsung’s vision, “Together for Tomorrow! Enabling People.” The program combines advanced technical training with practical projects and essential soft skills like creativity and problem-solving.
Prominent attendees at the ceremony included Samsung Nepal’s Head, Mr. In Su Kim, and esteemed officials from Tribhuvan University, who lauded the initiative’s transformative impact on Nepal’s youth. The upcoming course will deepen students' knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and real-world programming, fostering an innovation-driven ecosystem.
