RuRu Jalbidhyut Approves Rs. 8 crores Investment in Myagdi Hydropower

Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited (RURU) has approved an investment of Rs. 8 crores in Myagdi Hydropower Limited.

The decision was made during the company's board meeting held on thursday, Ashad 25, 2083.  According to the decision, Ru RU Jalbidhyut will acquire 800,000 units reserved promoter shares of Myagdi Hydropower at the face value of Rs. 100 per share, with a total investment of Rs. 8 crores.

The investments were approved in accordance with the company's Articles of Association and are intended to deploy its available investable funds.
