Reminder! Last Trading Day to Secure River Falls Power Limited's Right Share

Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to qualify for the right to purchase shares of River Falls Power Limited (RFPL).

The company will be issuing 100% right shares worth Rs. 70 Crores through the issue of 7,000,000 (1: 1) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The current paid-up capital is Rs. 70 Crores. After adjusting the proposed right share, i.e., 7,000,000 units, the company's paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 1.40 Arba.

Prabhu Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.

The book closure date is 26th Shrawan, 2082. Thus, investors who held shares before that day can apply for them.
