Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited (VLUCL). The company has called its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 03 , 2083, at Diyalo Foodland, Kalikanagar, Butwal, Rupandehi. The meeting will begin at 9:00 AM.
The AGM will discuss and approve the company's annual report and audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2082/83. It will also appoint an auditor for FY 2083/84 and determine the auditor's remuneration.
The company has proposed a 3.6842% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital of Rs. 1.91 arba, amounting to Rs. 7.04 crores. Of this, 0.1842% of the paid-up capital Rs. 35.23 lakhs, has been allocated for tax purposes.The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after applicable tax deductions, subject to approval at the AGM.
The book closure date is from Kartik 16. Therefore, the shareholders who maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
