Reminder! Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by GLBSL, MKCL, And GBIME

Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL). The company has also called its 10th AGM on 23rd Kartik, 2082. The meeting will be held at the Hile Kanjirowa Makalu Hotel, Dhankuta, Dhankuta, starting at 9:00 a.m. that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 15% dividend from the profits of FY 2081/82 for shareholders. Similarly, Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Muktinath Krishi Company Limited (MKCL). The company has also called its 7th AGM on 21st Kartik, 2082. The meeting will be held in The Silver Oak Banquet and Events, Gairidhara, Kathmandu, starting at 4:30 am that day.
The company’s Board of Directors meeting held on 24th Ashwin 2082 at 3:30 PM decided to distribute an 8.42% dividend worth Rs. 5.89 Crores from the paid-up capital of Rs. 70 Crores. The bonus shares, amounting to Rs. 5.59 crore, and the cash dividend, totaling Rs. 29,47,000, will be distributed. The cash portion will be used for tax purposes on the bonus shares.
14th Kartik 2082 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend the AGM.
Also, Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME). The company has also called its 19th AGM on 26th Kartik, 2082. The meeting will be held at Nepal Academy, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 10 a.m. that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 8% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The 459th board of directors meeting held on Ashwin 25 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 38.11 Arba. An 8% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 3.04 Arba has been proposed.
Kartik 16 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders who maintained that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
