Reliance Spinning Mills Unveils Book Closure Date for its 30% Cash Dividend; Calls AGM on Ashoj 22

Reliance Spinning Mills Limited (RSML) has called its 32nd AGM on 22nd Ashwin, 2083. The meeting will be held at Anupam Food Land and Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting at 09:00 am that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 30% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. The company’s 422nd Board of Directors meeting, held on Thursday, decided to distribute a 30% cash dividend, including applicable taxes, amounts to Rs. 57 crore based on the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 1.90 Arba.

Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2083/84. Additionally, there is also an agenda to elect/nominate four directors, including one representative from the general shareholders and three representatives from the promoter shareholders’ group..

The book closure date is Ashwin 14. Thus, shareholders who held their shares before that date are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
