Rajendra Kumar Poudel Appointed Chairman of Nepal Telecom Board

Nepal Telecom (Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited) has announced changes to its Board of Directors in line with the company’s regulations and the Companies Act, 2063.

Rajendra Kumar Poudel has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board. Following his transfer from the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers' Office in Koshi Province to the Ministry of Information and Communication, he assumes the chairmanship previously held by Laxmi Kumari Basnet.

Ravilal Sharma has been appointed as a new Board Member, replacing Subas Chandra Shiwakoti.
