Public Issue "RBB Focus 40" Mutual Fund Scheme Closing Today

RBB Merchant Banking Limited is closing the issue of its mutual fund scheme "RBB Focus 40" to the general public today, 24th Bhadra, 2082. The issue opened on the 18th Bhadra, 2082.
Out of 10 crore unit shares, 14%, i.e., 1.40 crores units worth Rs. 14 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager, Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, and 1%, i.e., 10,00,000 units worth Rs. 1 crore, have been allocated to the fund sponsor, RBB Merchant Banking Limited. The remaining 8,50,00,000 units worth Rs 85 Crores will be issued to the general public and institutions.
According to CDSC, 46,494 applicants have applied for 13,74,24,960 units worth Rs. 1.37 Arba so far.
"RBB Focus 40" is a closed-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,00,00,000 units.
