Public Issue "Citizens Sadabahar Yojana" Mutual Fund Scheme Closing Today

Citizens Capital Limited is closing the issue of its mutual fund scheme "Citizens Sadabahar Yojana" to the general public today, 27th Ashadh, 2082. The issue opened on the 13th Ashad, 2082, and was supposed to close on the 17th Ashadh, 2082. However, since the issue manager didn't receive enough applications, the issue was extended until today.
Out of 5 crore unit shares, 15%, i.e., 75 lakh units worth Rs. 7.50 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager, Citizens Bank International Limited, and the remaining 4,25,00,000 units worth Rs 42.50 Crores will be issued to the general public and institutions.
According to CDSC, a total of 63,835 applicants have applied for 4,69,50,750 units worth Rs. 46.95 Crores so far. This data is as of 5 p.m. yesterday.
"Citizens Sadabahar Yojana" is an open-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 50,00,000 units.
