Progressive Finance is Auctioning 2,18,692 Units Promoter Shares from Today
The existing promoter of Progressive Finance Limited (PROFL) is auctioning 2,18,692 units of shares to the interested promoter shareholders from today.
2,18,692 units of promoter shares will be auctioned. Interested individuals are requested to bid for the auction within 35 days from this notice's publication date, i.e.,12th Shrawan, 2083.
The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office of the company located at Tinkune, Kathmandu. If no bids are received from existing promoter shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares will later be auctioned to the general public.
PROFL closed at Rs. 437.90.
