Prabhu Bank conducts 16th AGM; mandates BOD to have minimum 2 female members

Prabhu Bank has conducted its 16th AGM on Jestha 10, 2075. The AGM which was conducted under the leadership of the chairperson Mr. Devi Prakash Bhattachan has endorsed the proposals of the board including the financial highlights and other accounts of the fiscal year 2074-75.

The AGM has also endorsed the decision to issue debentures and bonds in coming days apart from deciding to amend the memorandum to include at least 2 female members into the board of the bank. in addition, the AGM has also made the road clear for the bank to proceed with merger/acquisition of other banks and financial institutions for which it has assigned full authority to the board.

It has further appointed Mr. Sankar Prasad Kalikote and Ms. Anju Adhikari into the vacant BOD positions.
