Nyadi Hydropower to convene 12th AGM on Mangsir 6, 2076

Nyadi Hydropower Limited (NYADI) will be convening its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 06, 2076 at its Registered Office located at Buddhanagar, baneshwor, Kathmandu from 5 PM onwards.
The Company's Board meeting held on Kartik 01, 2076 has decided on following agendas for its AGM:
- Approval of Annual report to be presented by the Board.
- Approval of Financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor for the year 2076/77 and determination of remuneration for the same.
