NIFRA Approves 5.2632% Cash Dividend at 8th AGM

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has successfully held its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Anupam Foodland and Banquet in Battisputali, Kathmandu.

The AGM concluded approving a 5.2632 percent cash dividend for its shareholders. The meeting was chaired by Board Chairman Mahesh Prasad Dahal, also endorsed all other proposals presented at the AGM.

During the meeting, shareholders urged the bank to focus on its business activities and strengthen its financial position. They highlighted the importance of strengthening institutional governance, enhancing operational efficiency, and maximizing stakeholder returns in upcoming business periods.
