NIC ASIA Capital welcomes Mr. Santosh Kumar Rathi as its new chairman
NIC ASIA Capital, through its 120th board meeting held on Falgun 8, 2079 has appointed Mr. Santosh Kumar Rathi as chairman of the company to be effective from the same day.
As per the media statement, Chairman Mr. Rathi has 20-plus years of work experience with the nation's banking sector, which the company hopes to reap during his upcoming tenure.
The merchant bank has earned a net profit of Rs 5.61 crore, and maintained EPS of Rs 56.10 by the end of Q2 of the present fiscal year, as per the media statement.
The merchant banking firm has been operating 4 closed and 1 open-ended mutual fund scheme and has also been providing other relevant financial services to its customers.
