NIC Asia Bank Supports Schools and Social Institutions Under CSR Initiative

NIC Asia Bank Limited has provided various support materials to schools and a social welfare organization under its corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.

The bank extended assistance to “Hamro Sanjha Ghar” in Birtamod, Jhapa, operated by the Paropakar and Research Center, by donating furniture to support elderly, helpless, and disabled residents. The institution currently shelters over 44 individuals.

Similarly, educational support was provided to Shree Satyashwor Shivashakti Basic School in Nijgadh, Bara, and Shree Araniko Secondary School in Mechinagar, Jhapa. The schools received laptops, projectors, and smart boards to strengthen digital learning practices and improve teaching quality.

The bank stated that these contributions aim to improve living conditions for vulnerable groups and enhance access to quality education through digital tools, increased student engagement, and improved learning environments in community schools.
