NIC ASIA Bank starts live chatting and troubleshooting service; customers to post their complains and receive their real-time solution for the first time in Nepal
NIC ASIA Bank, with an aim to provide more client oriented and quick service to its valued customers, has started NIC ASIA Support service. Under the newly launched service, customers can receive one stop support from the banks well as the single side information about the bank’s services from a single page.
The service is the first of its kind in Nepal where customers can log into the service in the bank’s website through which they can have live chat with the bank’s customer service agents as well as can post their issues / recommendations for the bank to make timely corrections, as per the media statement.
The bank currently provides its services to its wide clientele base from its 285 branches, 294 ATM terminals, 46 extension counters and 37 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
