ShareSansar, May 17:
Nepal Stock Exchange has shelved its plan to resume trading from Sunday, Jestha 3, 2072.
“The powerful aftershocks on Baishakh 29, 2072 has caused further damages to the offices of CDSC, RTS and brokers offices, rendering them unsafe for their staff to work in the buildings,” said Seetaram Thapaliya, the general manager of Nepse, in a press release issued on Sunday.
“The trading would resume from Jestha 10, 2072,” the statement further reads.
The floor, which has remained closed since the massive earthquake of Baiskakh 12, has not been able to carry out its business till date.
