This week, the index reached a high of 2,728.43 and a low of 2,655.30, resulting in a volatility of 73.13 points. The index had seen volatility of 59.76 points in the previous week.

The highest intraday gain was 8.98 points on Thursday, with a turnover of Rs 11.10 Arba; however, the total turnover for the week stood at Rs 50.84 Arba.
