Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Declares 25% Cash Dividend at 10th AGM

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited successfully held its 10th Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 27, 2082 (October 13, 2025) at the head office of Nepal SBI Bank in Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The meeting approved the Board of Directors’ report, annual financial statements, and profit and loss accounts for FY 2081/82.
It also endorsed a 25% cash dividend, totaling Rs. 5 crore (including applicable taxes), for shareholders. Additionally, M/s A.P. & Associates, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as the external auditor for FY 2082/83 with remuneration finalized by the AGM.
