Nepal Micro Insurance Company Holds 2nd AGM, Approves Annual Report and Elects New Directors

Nepal Micro Insurance Company Limited held its second Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Bharatpur Garden Resort, Chitwan. The meeting, chaired by Chairman Ashish Shrestha, included board members, shareholders, media, and company staff.
The AGM approved the annual report and passed other proposals with full consensus. Additionally, Anup Malakar and Sunita Shrestha were elected unopposed as directors representing general shareholders.
