Nepal Life AGM to offer 68% dividend; Asian Life AGM to offer 28.50% dividend

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLICL) is going to hold its 15th Annual General Meeting on Jestha 32 at Hotel Viswa in Birgunj at 9:30 am.

The insurance company is set to endorse 60% bonus share and 8% cash dividend from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71. The company’s paid up capital will rise to Rs 1.73 arba after issuing bonus share.

The others agendas at the meeting will be the financial highlights of 2070/71 and the appointment of auditor.

Likewise, Asian Life Insurance Company Limited (ALICL) is going to hold its 7th Annual General Meeting on Jestha 24 at hotel Viswa, Birgunj at 11:00 am.

The main agenda of the insurance company is to distribute 28.50 % bonus shares to its shareholders.

The company’s paid up capital remains at Rs 52.12 crore, which the company plans to increase by issuing bonus shares worth more than Rs 14.85 crore.
