Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) has expressed serious concern over the filing of a case against the bank’s Chairperson, directors, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in connection with the bank’s regular activities carried out in accordance with prevailing laws, regulatory provisions, and established banking practices.

Issuing a statement, the bank said the legal development has not caused any disruption to its regular banking operations, customer services, or day-to-day activities. It further assured customers and stakeholders that the bank’s leadership and management remain in place and that all services will continue to operate normally, securely, and without interruption.

The bank stated that it remains focused on maintaining the institution’s strength, safeguarding the interests of its customers, and ensuring the stability of the overall banking system.
