Nepal Finance appoints Prabhu Capital as issue manager for its upcoming rights issue; to float 70% shares to its existing shareholders

Nepal Finance has appointed Prabhu Capital as issue manager to float its 70% right shares.
The agreement was signed between CEO of the finance company Mr. Uddhav Raj Thapaliya and MD of Prabhu Capital Mr. Dinesh Thakali amid a program.
The finance company is floating 70% right shares out of its paid-up value of Rs 49.34 crore which would scale up its paid-up value to Rs 83.89 crore, as per the media statement.
